Processing & Shipping Times
All coffee orders are roasted to order and ship within 2–3 business days after you place your
order. Orders made on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. If seasonal demand or supply
issues delay your order, we’ll email you right away.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at
checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can check
your order status any time using the tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
All coffee sales are final because fresh roasts are perishable. If your order arrives damaged or
incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it.
Merch & Non-Perishables
Apparel, mugs, and other merch may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused,
unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent a
defective or incorrect item.
Refunds & Replacements
If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a
refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7
business days after confirmation.
How to Start a Request
Email info@vantacoffee.com with your order number, item(s) in question, reason (damaged, incorrect
item, etc.), and photos if available.
Exchanges
We can’t exchange coffee since each bag is freshly roasted. To try a different blend or roast,
please place a new order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vantacoffee.com. If
your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. We aren’t responsible
for delays or errors caused by carriers or incorrect addresses. If tracking shows “Delivered” but
you can’t find it, check with your local carrier first, then reach out to us.
