Where do you source your beans?

We source exclusively from specialty-grade farms and cooperatives across the world’s most respected growing regions — Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and beyond. Every origin is chosen for one reason: the cup quality it produces at altitude, in the right soil, under the right conditions.

We work directly with importers who have established relationships with the farmers themselves. That means full traceability on every bag — you can follow your coffee from the farm it was grown on to the roaster who finished it. No commodity lots, no blending to hide defects, no ambiguity about where it came from.

When the harvest changes, the offering changes with it. Seasonality is a feature, not an inconvenience — it’s how specialty coffee is supposed to work.

How fresh is my coffee when it ships?

Every bag is roasted to order — meaning we don’t roast until you buy. No sitting in a warehouse, no guessing how long it’s been on a shelf. Your coffee ships within days of roasting, at peak flavour

What’s your refund policy?

Simple. If your coffee isn’t the freshest you’ve tasted, we’ll refund it. No questions asked. We stand behind every bag we ship — that’s not a disclaimer, it’s how we operate.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. No code needed, no hoops. Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate.

Is there a roast for me if I’m not a dark roast drinker?

Absolutely. Dawn is our light roast — bright, clean, and gently complex without any bitterness. Highlands is a single-origin instant that’s naturally smooth. And if you’re not sure, the coffee quiz will match you based on how you actually drink it.
