What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available for a flat fee of $9.95. All orders ship freshly roasted with tracking included.

When is my coffee roasted?

Every order is roasted to order. We roast Monday through Friday and typically ship within 24 hours of roasting. Your coffee arrives at peak freshness with a roast date printed on every bag. We recommend brewing within 2-4 weeks of the roast date for optimal flavor.

How do your subscriptions work?

Our subscriptions are fully flexible. Choose your coffee, grind preference, bag size, and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). You can pause, skip, swap coffees, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Subscribers enjoy 15% off every order.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for cafes and businesses?

Yes! We work with cafes, restaurants, and offices across the country. Our wholesale program includes custom roast profiles, branded packaging options, equipment consultation, and dedicated account management. Email wholesale@vantacoffee.com or call us to get started.

What is your return and refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your coffee, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Unopened bags can be returned for a complete refund. We also offer a first-bag guarantee for new customers.
